stepUp, launched in July 2025, is a youth-led initiative tackling a key problem in volunteering: many young people are passionate about service but lack clarity, structure, and direction. They often struggle to know where to start, how to use their skills, or how volunteering can support their personal growth.

Our solution is to provide youths with the right tools, guidance, and opportunities to volunteer with purpose. stepUp transforms the volunteering journey into a pathway for skill-building, leadership, and social impact.

Our strategy focuses on capacity building, community engagement and partnerships. stepUp positions itself as the go-to platform for purposeful volunteering.
